MSI White Double Bevelled 6 in. x 36 in. Threshold features a neutral bright white for universal application. This threshold is made of engineered marble and can sustain tremendous stress to become virtually unbreakable. This product is ideal for entryway and in transitions between two rooms.

- Grade 1, first-quality engineered marble threshold for floor and wall use

- Polished smooth finish with a high sheen and slight variation in tone

This engineered marble turned out to be the best alternative for my backsplash(less) bathroom vanity. No suitable marble could be found to match the Carrera marble vanity top. This product, while white, reflected the light grey of the vanity top. My tile man cut the piece to size, cut the beveled bottom of the piece for better adhesion and to lessen the caulk line, and beveled both ends to match the top bevel. This was an excellent and cost effective solution rather than having no backsplash at all. Although I would not advise it as a DIY project, my tile man turned out a beautiful final product. My only regret is that the product wasn't available in different sizes. My vanity was only 24" wide, and the product was 36". It was a shame to waste so much, but the price was definitely right.

We purchased this threshold to cap off the curb in a new tile shower installation and it worked p...We purchased this threshold to cap off the curb in a new tile shower installation and it worked perfectly. The slightly off white color blends great with the marble floor tiles. It has beveled edges, which are much safer. It should work perfectly with a shower door, which we plan to install soon.

Don't let the honed "shinny" surface fool you. This is a very soft product and breaks very easily...Don't let the honed "shinny" surface fool you. This is a very soft product and breaks very easily when you go to cut it with a wet saw. You can also not mark it with anything other than a pencil as it is so porous that you cannot get the marker off. It took me quite some time to install three 18" pieces due to how difficult it was to cut without breaking. I would not recommend this product to anyone and definitely would not use it as a threshold.

Easy to work withI found this product to be very easy to work with. I use a variety of diamond saw blades cooled with water and made many cuts / cut outs with no problem whatsoever (cuts like soft butter came to mind while working with it - no chips or breaks at all). It does generate lots of dust so also used a dust mask and cut this outside. Much easier to work with than ceramic or porcelain. Edge can be sanded with normal sand paper, so it is a softer medium. Agree with other comment about marking in pencil rather than pen.
