Tuscany Beige 18 in. x 18 in. tiles from MSI have a beautiful natural stone pattern to make your setting unique and varied, while the neutral color and low sheen coordinate with any design aesthetic. Hearty enough to withstand sub-freezing temperatures outside and versatile enough to work with an under-floor heating system inside, this elegant tile is a splendid choice for any commercial or residential flooring project. It’s also a stylish tiling option for backsplashes, countertops, shower walls and fireplace facades. NOTE: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.

Mixed feelings, generally positive
Bought 4 pallets of this to refloor our entire lower level including entry way, kitchen and family room. Great price! Efficient delivery within 4 days. Loved the 2 hr windows they gave me and not the typical 4-6 hr window.
First pallet had exactly the right appearance with the golden tuscan hues we were seeking and as we saw on the display. Very happy with the way it looks in the entryway and dining area. Next two pallets almost seem like they have come from a completely different style and source. Much whiter, lighter. Unfortunately contractor had installed them by the time we saw those opened pallets. Now stuck with trying to figure out how to make it work. We have some borders which provide a bit of delineation between sections. Contractor says too many broken, chipped tiles. Working to use as many as possible for cuts. But hopefully HD will work something for us.
Assuming HD works something for the large number of chipped/broken tiles, this was certainly a good deal. Disappointed in the big change between the pallets. Wish I had been able to stop the contractor and been able to request HD for a closer match replacement. Now searching for options to stain travertine.

Many of the tiles came broken/ cracked. There are...Many of the tiles came broken/ cracked. There are large holes that are filled with epoxy on one side and the other side has holes that are not filled. It takes a lot of permabond to fill the back. They are fairly fragile to handle because of the porous surface. Good price @ $2 sq ft though

HomeDepo (thank God) replaced and put it in again and again, i would not buy this again ! Over one and a half year what a mess and never did like right !

Fantastic product for experienced handlersThe 16" tiles come crated and have a chance of mishandling by the makers up and until its loaded onto your trailer. I experience 45 broken tiles from 6 crates over the past 4 years. Home Depot was kind enough to replace the broken tiles and due to the extra handling they let me keep the broken tile. It can be used for many projects by being cut with a tile saw to desired size. The travertine is a softer stone than the ceramics and porcelain so the blade use is minimal. I agree with the full coat on the back filling the voids during install due to the natural stone experiencing holes and cracks later but as long as you maintain your floor with grouting and sealing maintenance over the years it will last forever. The uncoupling pad is recommended in many situations due to the natural stone characteristic.
If you find complaints regarding breakage or mismatched colors its just ignorance on their part. You get what you pay for and the install is most important for longevity.
