Looks great. Feels okay. It isn't shag carpet. It is shorter, thicker ribbons of fabrics, not really shag as I remember it being defined.
Some of the smaller fuzzy fabric can be easily pulled out. I am not sure how well it will hold up against normal wear and tear, but I am not too concerned.

Second one came smashed in a square shape... it's been flipped upside down for days... not certain if creases will come out. May return and order another.

I purchased this Area rug for my toddlers bedroom. ...I purchased this Area rug for my toddlers bedroom. We both really like it! The Shag is Soft& cushiony between your toes/feet. The color is Neutral and will be able to match our decor as my child gets older.

My 2 kiddos and 2 dogs live the new addition...My 2 kiddos and 2 dogs live the new addition to our family room! It's not as soft as you would think for a Shag type but it's good and much more comfortable then sitting directly on hardwood floors....
