Colors of online tile purchases may not match
I ordered this product online as we were told the in store almond color wouldn't match the online 'almond' color from Daltile. We ordered all online. The bullnose almond tile doesn't match the regular tile on the front of the enclosure and creates a stair step visual. The homeowner isn't happy. Long process but finally had Home Depot file a claim with Daltile as I couldn't personally file a claim. No response from anyone after two months and no returned calls. I would not recommend ordering this product online as the problem with color match we were trying to avoid, is what we now ended up with on the shower. There has been no ownership or responsibility by Home Depot or Daltile to correct the problem.

Not too bad
I ordered the bullnose tile to finish the edges of my new backsplash. Just like other reviews, the color is not an exact match, you can even see it on you phone screen or monitor when you are ordering them together. The difference in color after installed is not significant. I much rather get the exact match but since I could not find the right pair to order and I wanted to get it done, I ordered. They came in well packed. Nothing cracked or broken. The installation was easy.

Great product, terrible service
The product is as expected for ceramic tile. We have put this tile in 2 of our bathrooms, and we love it. Great price and have had no issues with quality. We completed the first bathroom about 18 months ago and bought the same tile for another bathroom that was just finished. Very happy with the look and performance.
Unfortunately, customer service was absolutely terrible, so be prepared to deal with that.
