Still not flat in a few areas, but it's in a room not used every day, so may come back and re-rate later. I would purchase again and do recommend.

This rug is better than I imagined and at a great price. I searched for the right rug in person a...This rug is better than I imagined and at a great price. I searched for the right rug in person and online for several weeks before purchasing this from Home Depot and couldn't be happier. I was nervous this would be too scratchy underfoot but since it was in the dining room I decided to purchase anyway, once it arrived it was so soft and comfortable I am going to get one for our bedroom as well. The braided jute makes it very versatile and it could be rustic or elegant depending on the setting. Looks very nice, adds a lot of texture to the room, and protects my wood floors.

This product was exactly what I was looking for in color (natural cream), size, and texture. And ...This product was exactly what I was looking for in color (natural cream), size, and texture. And it is quite soft for jute. However, it already had a couple frays and a 4 inch segment of non-braided (unbound) edge when I received it, along with a few patches that are more gray than the rest giving those areas a dirty appearance. It would probably be reversible except that the product stickers on one side cannot be removed without pulling the fabric.
