Exceeded my expectations as I was just looking for a low cost, temporary fix while renovating a 1...Exceeded my expectations as I was just looking for a low cost, temporary fix while renovating a 15 foot long hallway. I couldn't find any runners I liked in local stores in my price range or the size I needed. I had picked this rug out on another website but Home Depot had the best price. The texture is hard to see in the picture but is a tight, flat loop almost like a hooked rug. The color and pattern are much clearer in person, and while not thick, the rug is soft and comfy for bare feet. I like the way two of these 6 foot rugs look in the hallway so much I plan on keeping them and getting another larger size for an adjoining area.

We bought FIVE of these to make a wide "runner" that goes through our bedroom, leading from our g...We bought FIVE of these to make a wide "runner" that goes through our bedroom, leading from our garage+"breezeway," to our laundry room. I ordered the first one from another store, but when I tried to order additional ones, I found they were sold out.
I did a search and found these (which are labelled Ocean Green but actually are the same as the "Medallion Blue" ones I found beforehand).
The bedroom has a beige wall-to-wall carpet which showed dirt that was tracked into the room from outside. We live in a very muddy, clayey area.
I whipstitched the rugs together, end-to-end, and we used double-sided tape to force the carpets/runner to stay in place. Since the "runner" was placed on a carpet, instead of on a bare floor, its backing did not keep it in place.
Wide runners are very expensive, so this was a fairly attractive and inexpensive solution to our problem.
Perhaps we will be able to afford more expensive, wide runner someday, but, for now, this works.
Folks coming into the house do not usually feel the need to remove their shoes.

I have 2 of these runners in my kitchen. The colors are great and they really brighten up the ar...I have 2 of these runners in my kitchen. The colors are great and they really brighten up the area. My only issue is that the backing is not as non-stick as I would prefer. They're not too slippy, but can be easily moved around.
