The product looked nice but its quality & warranty are terrible.
I purchased the Milan carpet and had it installed less than 6 months ago. It is fraying with individual fibers pulling up all over the place. I have to trim them every week.
Home Depot will not honor their products warranty. Their excuse is that I have pets and that will void the warranty. I had carpet previously (that this carpet replaced) that was over 10 years old that was exposed to pets over their entire life and it never once had fibers pulling up all over the place.
Vacuuming seems to be the culprit as new fibers seem to pop up every vacuuming session. So this is a carpet that will not stand up to weekly vacuuming.
Do NOT purchase this product if you want a product that lasts. (Mine is failing and I haven't had it 6 months)
Do NOT purchase this product if you have pets. (any/all warranties regarding wear will be voided)
Do NOT purchase this product if you have an expectation that your carpet will last more than a few months.
Do NOT purchase this product if you vacuum your carpet weekly. (it will destroy the carpet)
DO purchase this product if you want Home Depot to give you the run-around.
DO purchase this product if you like trimming carpet fibers every week.
Do purchase this product if you want to replace it less than a year down the road.
