Small sample size
When you are about to spend 6500.00 on carpet, it would be nice to have a sample that is big enough to view the pattern and color. And IMO I should not have to pay, even 1.00 for it.

100% BCF Triextra-Liypad
We just had this installed 2 days ago and it looks awful!! Every foot print shows and it looks horrible all the time! Not sure if there’s anything we can do at this point, but I would NOT recommend it at all! We got it in dark gray.
