Comfortable and Stable
I also have this product in the green faux croc and this one is faux walnut. I'm not that keen on the color and it doesn't look as rich as other faux wood vinyl that I've seen on other similar products. Therefore I would probably use it in a garage. However, the padding is terrific, it stays in place and it isn't a mat that I would trip over. I have it under the sink in a teeny kitchen and it works well. My dog is okay with it and hasn't balled it up, which he couldn't do if he tried, given how thick and heavy this is. Finally the surface is extremely easy to clean.

Looks and feels great
I am using this in my home shop where I stand in one place. I have used anti-fatigue mats at work and this mat is equal to industrial quality while not looking industrial. It feels great and is safe. I tried to catch my foot on the edge and it simply would not catch. My foot slid safely right over the edge without catching. It is fairly heavy and stays where you put it not sliding all over the place. AND it looks like a real wood floor with great eye appeal.

Works wonderful
I bought this for my wife to use in front of the sink and stove. She really likes how it helps her back and legs. It has a taper around the edge and a nice wood look to it. It is heavy and does not slip on the floor.
I would recommend this to anyone that has a tile or hard floor.

Loving The Comfort
The Rhino Soft Woods Walnut Anti-Fatigue Floor Mat, 1/2 in thick was an excellent choice to place in front of my kitchen sink. No more tired feet while doing dishes, yes, my grandmas way of getting the dishes done. The mat is sturdy, comfortable and want slide. I thought the curved edge would give me a problem, but it doesn't. When I walk onto or off it stays in place and I don't trip or get caught under the edge of the mat. I also have the Rhino Soft Woods double sponge mat, 1 inch thickness and it was worth the extra cost.

These are amazing
I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to have one of these in the kitchen. Whether you are doing the dishes or cooking over the stove, having an anti-fatigue mat makes a tremendous difference. As a taller person with average counter height I tend to strain my back after hunching over to reach the counter and while this doesn't directly solve the height issue, the pressure that is taken off my back and feet makes a world of difference. We now have two of these mats in our kitchen, one in front of the stove and one in front of the sink.

Nice mat
The other fatigue mats I own are a little thicker "rubber" on the bottom and have more "bounce" to them. This one appears to be more "sponge" on the bottom. Wood grain isn't that prevalent, so it just looks like a brown mat. All in all it does what it's suppose to.

Looks Good, Has Flaws
This floor mat does have a nice " wood look" to it. The problem I encountered was the thickness of the mat and the slope of the edges. For some more is better - in this case the more was to much of a good thing.
