Damaged goods
I ordered 70 pieces to complete shower trim. The shipment appeared undamaged. Upon installing tiles, I found 8 pieces in middle of box with about 1 inch of corner broken off. Two more pieces had discolored surfaces on tile face. I was informed by customer service that replacements were not available - I'm stuck!
