An ideal tile for a kitchen backsplash or bathroom surfaces, the glass combination of Splashback's 12 in. x 12 in. Contempo Smoke Gray Frosted Glass Tile create a beautifully multi-dimensionally effect. The mesh backing not only simplifies installation, it also allows the tiles to be separated which adds to their design flexibility. Sample size tiles available.   • 1 square foot per piece, each piece sold individually. Piece weight equals 0.75 lbs.
  • Grade 1, first-quality glass tile for wall and top use
  • 3 in. width x 6 in. length x 5/16 in. thick
  • Glazed smooth finish with some random shade and tone variation
  • P.E.I. Rating III is suitable for medium-duty residential floors including kitchens, halls, corridors, balconies, terraces and areas used more often with normal footwear and small amounts of dirt

Beautiful. This tile was purchased to replace a chipped glass shower floor. I needed it to match the existing walls of the shower, which was a different but similar tile. The original tile is black 1'x'1 glass and this tile is black slightly frosted glass and each square tile piece is closer to 2 inches. Because these glass tiles are frosted, it allowed for it not to be a perfect shiny glass to shiny glass match, but a match that went very well with and in fact complimented the existing glass. It was a little bit of a risk but after LA Tile Works installed it, the risk paid off and it looked intentional and really beautiful.
