With its smooth, glossy surface and high sheen, the Silver Foil Waves Glass Tile from Jeffrey Court features a wavelike texture that will make your walls come alive. Beautifully defined by a smooth sense of movement, this glass wall tile is perfect for installation alongside mosaics and field tiles (sold separately) to create a coordinated look. Penetrating sealers are recommended before grouting; white polymer-modified thinset and non-sanded grout are recommended for best installation results.

More Black than Silver?
We ordered only one tile to see what it really looked like before ordering the full amount we needed. And we are really glad we did, because although the photo depicted a silver toned glass tile, it was more of a black/blue color. The tile had a black paper backing that we were uncertain whether we should remove or not...if we were to remove the backing, some instructions should have been included. The tile was of excellent quality and should be, as the price was not inexpensive. The tile was shipped very securely. So, if you have the money to spend and want a very cool black/blue wavy glass tile, this will fit the bill, just didn't work for us!

GorgeousI did not purchase this tile but after seeing these reviews I thought it was needed as I did see this tile in the store and it is GORGEOUS. It is however almost black. I'm considering purchasing the Alaskan Waves which is more silver in color for our house that we are building, for the home that we never plan on moving from, for our forever home. The tile has the appearance of waves. I'd say the black is a dark night at sea while the Alaskan Waves is more silver. I don't think you would remove any backing and that since it's completely smooth and a perfectly rectangular shape that a professional tile installer would be happy to install it. I would not trust anyone unrprofessional to cut or work with something this pricey. I saw both the colors I am mentioning and fell in love.

These tile is beautifull , just make sure you got very good tile guy , ours messed up a lot of ti...These tile is beautifull , just make sure you got very good tile guy , ours messed up a lot of tiles , had wrong cutting disc , it is very fragile material
Anyhow - worth of trouble -just buy much more :))))
