I returned the product because it was the wrong product I wanted. This has happened twice now. ...
I returned the product because it was the wrong product I wanted. This has happened twice now. I suggest you train your specialty reps to be clear on how to take an order and make sure it is what the customer is trying to purchase. For this order I did not want bullnose just square tile and did not ask for bullnose. I did not check the order detail to recognize the rep had put in bullnose. Your reps are trained to be reponsive so that is not the problem. the problem is making sure the order is what one is asking for.
