This tile was ordered based on a sample that was...
This tile was ordered based on a sample that was found in the 12”x12” size. Unfortunately, when the pallet arrived, it was a bit different from the perfectly matched smaller tile. It wasn’t a glaring difference, but was noticeable. I understand that this could happen, like bolts of cloth.

The tile did not match previous tile ordered. Not exactly...The tile did not match previous tile ordered. Not exactly 18x18 (larger), color slightly different due to lot, 2 full boxes came broken. What is return policy? Can I return to store in Beaumont Texas?
