We liked the color and softness of this carpeting but ultimately chose it over another line because of the Platinum Plus warranty. Within the first 90 days we had two snags pull a loop out of the carpet. No idea what did it but that doesn't matter for the warranty. Not covered - period. The carpeting we replaced was a "cheap" berber that did not have this problem one time in almost 14 years. We covered sections of the new carpeting with area rugs to protect and preserve it, but for the price we paid we are very unhappy with the quality. We will never buy this line again.
