DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
This product is inferior and defective. I installed it following the guidelines in the included instructions and following the Home Depot DIY culture. I purchased the premium 3 in 1 underlayment as my home is on a slab, cleaned and checked the level of the floor, left the proper gaps at the ends for expansion and used the approved saddles. Once installed the floor started creaking almost immediately. I attributed it to settling but it only got worse as it got warmer. We were expecting our first at the time and wanted to have the house perfect for her arrival. This has been anything but. My home is ruined and my money and time was wasted. You cannot walk in my home without making a sound. Every step wakes my sleeping infant and eats at my last nerve. I am disgusted with this company. I filed a claim and was denied attributing the issue to installation error based on criteria that was not in the installation instructions provided with the product. I am seeing similar reviews on the same product by people who have had it "professionally installed" Do not buy this product.

We really love the looks of this product and haven't had problems in the 3 years that we owned it...We really love the looks of this product and haven't had problems in the 3 years that we owned it but recently the center of the floor is warping and it needs to be replaced. I know there is a warranty so how do I get the warranty so I can replace it?

terrible and junkI have installed this terrible junk in my basement couple of years ago. Chips off for no reason either in the edges or right in the middle of the board. Just would say rubbish do not buy this brand.

states it is glueless but first thing the instructions says "glue the first piece to second"..als...states it is glueless but first thing the instructions says "glue the first piece to second"..also the pieces do NOT lock together (end to end) and it does chip easily..once done it does look nice but took twice as long to do as Pergo...price was good but if you are going to use it in a livingroom..I would not recommend it..I bought it for bedroom since it does decrease sound..

don't like itWAY too expensive for a cheap little sample. Annoying that it's not available in stores and I had to buy a sample to see that I hate the product.
