MSI Beige Double Bevelled 4 in. x 36 in. Threshold features a neutral beige tone for universal application. This threshold is made of engineered marble and can sustain tremendous stress to become virtually unbreakable. This product is ideal for entryway and in transitions between two rooms.

  • 3 linear foot per piece, each piece sold individually. Piece weight equals 12 lb.
  • Grade 1, first-quality engineered marble threshold for floor and wall use
  • 4 in. width x 36 in. length x 3/4 in. thick
  • Polished smooth finish with a high sheen and slight variation in tone
  • P.E.I. Rating is not applicable for natural stone
  • Impervious flooring has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
  • C.O.F. greater than .50 is recommended for standard residential and commercial applications and is marginally skid resistant

Looks like real marble. Its as heavy as marble too. I cut it with a grinding blade on my chop saw.. i used water from my garden house as i cut because i wasnt sure if it was really marble or not. It cut cleanly this way. I was really impressed and it looked great.
