What a disaster! We had 90% of the tile installed and gave 24hrs for porcelain tile mortar to adhere and the next day tiles were popping off left and right. We found that the tile had a weird powder on it and suspect that the tile mortar latched onto the powder leaving the tile free and thus allowing them to pop off. What a set back! We had to jackhammer mortar off subfloor after manually removing all the tile that had not popped off yet. Adding 3-4 days to our projects - not thrilled!
