Arctic White 6 in. x 24 in. 3D Honed Stacked Stone ledger panel is crafted from fine white marble. This beautiful stone harmonizes with nearly any color scheme and its 3D honed finish adds subtle dimension and sophistication to any decor. It's recommended for both interior and exterior applications in commercial and residential projects. The stone is often used as backsplash tile or wall tile and it's also a popular option for planter walls, fire place surrounds and other accent features. Wherever you use this stacked stone tile, you can count on a streamlined installation process. MSI's Interlocking Z Feature allows the panels to fit together easily, just like puzzle pieces. Achieving a seamless fit has never been easier. Note: Inspect all tiles before installation. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer.

I am afraid this is a trick question. I doubt that the ledger stone I received was an MSI product. The boxes in the store were black and displayed the MS International name and logo. The boxes that came in my order were white without logo or name. I only had 2 tile from the store stock, but I believe the stones in my order were inferior. Gobs of glue showing on face, misaligned pieces, maybe more (smaller) component pieces. However, the tiles in on-line order seem to have wider variance in thickness (front to back). Some very thick areas might give a richer 3-day texture. So, I am uncertain.

I made 3 purchases and 3 returns; all with a breakage rate of over 85%. Entire cases were nothing but gravel. Some cases had 2 or 3 unbroken pieces and the rest were in bits.

Great product overall. We have purchased the ledger panel...Great product overall. We have purchased the ledger panel before, and it looks great. This last purchase, several pieces were broken, and Home Depot re-submitted the order. The replacement shipment was just fine. Beautiful product. Great price.

After having to reorder the entire pallet the second order was delivered with only a couple minor...After having to reorder the entire pallet the second order was delivered with only a couple minor breaks and the stone was still useable. The finished look of the stone came out great as the new fireplace. Easy to cut with a wet saw.

So here's the deal. The product is really nice once it is up on the wall however getting it deli...So here's the deal. The product is really nice once it is up on the wall however getting it delivered is another story. I needed roughly 35 square feet of the stuff so I did the usual gross it up some like you do for tile. Then I read a couple reviews on how bad the breakage is so I grossed it up 40% to make sure that I had enough to account for breakage. Well...that didn't work out. Of the 9 cases that I got (10 pieces per case) 75% of all the pieces that came were either broken in half, broken in a ton of pieces or literally powder. Seeing the packaging you wouldn't expect this but the breakage rate on this stuff is insane. Took a box of the broken pieces back to HD and guy had no idea what to do with it, but he returned the pieces that likely will just go into the trash. Reordered another 9 cases to try to get my final 15 square feet to finish my project. It arrives today to so we will see how much of that is broken.
Also, there is a MSI dealer in the next town over where we saw these in person. We asked to purchase the stone on site and they said "we don't sell to the general public" so I guess the joke is on them. They have to now eat 2/3rds of what I bought since they can't figure out there shipping when I literally could have walk out of the showroom with good product and saved everyone some time, money and headache.
My recommendation is for HD to either stock the material at the store and take care of the breakage before it goes on the shelf of have MSI allow for local pickup directly from their warehouse. I can't imagine doing a full wall of this stuff with how much more you'd have to go through just to finish your project. MSI figure out a new shipping method because the way that you have it now does not work.
