I bought this foam to the top of my AC to reduce the noise of dripping of other ACs from top floors. The size is perfect and even a bit bigger for a 10,000 BTU AC. I secured it to the AC with nylon ties and that's it. It is strong enough for wind, rain or storms.

I use this product on the wall in my garage to protect my car doors when I park the car in the garage. Sticks to the concrete wall using contact cement. Works great.
