Pergo XP Esperanza Oak Laminate Flooring has a unique, all-over band sawn texture above the oak grain pattern. The light color tones enrich the overall beauty and provide a sophisticated design that will be the focal point of any room. The 7-1/2 in. wide single plank format highlights the character and design while the 4-sided milled bevel provides added plank definition. Pergo XP Esperanza Oak with PermaMax Surface Protection provides double the wear, double the durability of ordinary laminates. XP products are AC4 rated, approved for general commercial traffic; suitable for your home, office or other light commercial applications such as boutiques and hotel rooms. This rating was designated after being tested for resistance to abrasion, impact, staining and cigarette burns. ScratchGuard Advanced provides superior scratch and scuff protection. The patented click joint makes installation quick and easy, providing a secure fit. Each plank is 10 mm thick with an additional 2 mm of attached underlayment. The limited lifetime residential warranty and 5-year limited light commercial warranty guarantees the top layer against wear through, staining or fading. Wear claim compared to standard AC3 laminate flooring and measured in accordance with NALFA/ANSI LF-01-2011 and/or EN13329:2006+A1:2008. California 93120 Phase 2 Compliant for Formaldehyde.

Once we found the secret it installed ok. The installation...Once we found the secret it installed ok. The installation instructions should tell you to install left to right so the tongue doesn’t get destroyed.

Gorgeous and durable!We had these floors installed a few weeks ago, and are thrilled! We did the entire bottom floor of the home we just moved into. Our previous home had real wood floors, and six years, a dog and three kids really did a number on them. We can already tell that these Pergo floors are going to hold up beautifully. The Esperanza Oak color gave us the exact look we were going for: Scandinavia.

Nice looking flooringMy first experience laying laminate and after a little slow start it went fairly easily. I did buy a laminate installation kit so I had the proper tools to install. The product looks really good installed and although it's only been installed for a month it seems to be very durable. I installed this product in a home office and with rubber casters on my office chair there are no marks on the floor.
Easy to clean as well.

One thing I didn't notice initially is that there are grooves between the boards, some buyers may not like that. Would recommend the laminate flooring kit with spacers and block.
