If you are going to order this product either order completely online or completely in the store. I ordered online and didn’t have enough. Went to pick up in store the rest of my materials that I needed. All boxes that ship from online are manufactured in China. All boxes that ship to stores are manufactured in India. The tiles are completely different undertones yet the exact same SKU. I went to 3 different Home Depot’s trying to find a box that was manufactured in China which. I finished half of the shower and have to wait until the new tiles ship to finish the shower. Called customer service and they offered no help or compensation. Absolutely unacceptable and will never buy tile from Home Depot again.

I ordered the main batch on-line, and it is completely matte and a pale khaki color. My contractor put in an order at the store for the identical product and got pure white, very shiny tiles. You can see this bifurcation in the reviews and questions, too.
Whatever the reason, the answer is simple: order far more overage than usual, and just plan to return any surplus to the store. Because the two different tiles they're selling under this one item # don't resemble each other in any way but size.
If the other reviewer had the reason for the difference right, you should order on-line if you want the matte, pale stone color, and at the store if you want the shiny white. Either way, order a LOT more overage than usual.

I was expecting a soft white tile with a honed finish for my shower surround and wall wainscoting...I was expecting a soft white tile with a honed finish for my shower surround and wall wainscoting. Instead, I got a pale khaki tile, as matte as a chalkboard. (These are the 12 x 24s -- from the photos, I suspect they are rather different from the 24 x 24s.) They definitely do have the promised rectified edges, though, so you can lay them with a remarkably skinny gap.
They weren't at all what I'd planned, but they were so striking I decided to keep them. We have laid them horizontally in a running bond, with 1/16" joints, and they look like old sandstone walls. Fortunately, the grey floor tile I chose goes okay with them -- not the crisp, clean look I was planning on, but beautiful and very unusual.
Had to change the paint color for the walls above the wainscot, though -- the tile color is not beautiful against white, and kind of absorbs most pale pastels. I decided to emphasize the sandstone-wall look and painted in a couple of shades of sky blue. Nice! Kind of like a stone terrace in the south of France.
But these tiles are DEFINITELY not white! And I sure wouldn't describe them as "polished."

You can see in the photo I included (showing it right next to my white tube and white walls) that it's got a slight beige undertone, so as others reviewers noted - it's not pure white. It's pretty close, though, and I like the dimension it provides in my bathroom. One of the photos I'm providing was taken by a pro photographer, and shows the context of my bathroom vanity, etc. He may have retouched the photo to make it look less beige? I'm not sure. So I also included 2 photos I took for balance.

I looked for this product for a while, this is a real nice shinny polished finish, it is mirror l...I looked for this product for a while, this is a real nice shinny polished finish, it is mirror like reflection. it is smooth but good enough to use as flooring. the color is solid and impeccable, the edges are cut straight so it make it easy to install, I am almost done with the installation, this definitely meets expectation, I recommend it.
