The sample took too long to receive in the mail...
The sample took too long to receive in the mail and was way over-priced. A 6 x 6 piece of tile is not very large, and $8 is a ridiculous price. Larger samples should be in the stores now that so many customers are shopping online. Flooring is a very expensive investment, so Home Depot should make this process easier if they truly want to help customers. This experience did not help me at all. Also, store employees were completely inefficient on what was in stock and how to order these samples.
