The corner ledger should be used whenever a ledger is used and there is a corner as part of the application. This accessory provides a solid ledger piece around a 90° corner. And the groove on the bottom of the ledger allows it to fit on top of the shiplap edge of either corner pieces or corner panels.

Extremely Happy with GenStone!!
We decided to add GenStone columns and GenStone panels to our back deck, so happy we did. It took a regular deck and turned it into something you would see in a magazine. We are extremely pleased with GenStone. We are considering other DIY home projects using GenStone.

I had a contractor install this as it was included in a larger project (complete exterior and siding job) but typically do my own work and I feel the installation on this product is straight forward and simple. Very achievable DIY project. The finished product looks great and am very happy with how it turned out. I live in Northern Minnesota and experience very cold and harsh weather in the winter and fairly warm weather in the summer so I am very curious to see how this product handles the temperature changes and its durability. First impression shows to be a durable product. Biggest drawback is the price (seems expensive for foam) but again, the final product turned out great and I am very happy with the look.
