This is a review of the smallest available size 30” x 47” in the color blue.
The good points are; great price, heavy weight, about 1/2" thick, lies flat, does not slip, and a good color combination.
The issues are 1) the pattern is partially missing or not distinct in some areas due to the small size of this rug when compared to the photos shown in the description - those photos are probably of the larger size rugs; 2) fringe shown in the photos is not provided on this size rug; 3) the corners are not square, this rug is more of a parallelogram rather than a rectangle – see photo – the long edge was lined up square to a tile line, the short edge shows that one corner is 3/4” off being square in 30” of length. Additionally, one long side is 47 1/4” while the other side is 47 1/2".
My wife says I am being too picky, she says its a great rug for the price – but I could not recommend this - there appear to be quality control issues.

The Ridgefield Blue 30 in. x 47 in. Indoor Area Rug is a good choice for a casually decorated space. It's made from synthetic material with a cotton backing. It has a fairly high pile for its type and is comfortable to walk on. My complaint would be that the pattern appears almost blurry in some areas. It's not crisp and clear like one might expect. Even for a carpet at this price-point I'm disappointed. Other than that, I find it to be a good fit for a space that doesn't call for an expensive wool oriental rug.
