Out of 12 boxes ordered, only 7 were useable. Multiple (4+) reorders of the remaining 5 boxes with product being received repeatedly chipped or broken with a month and a half of delays to complete job. Ultimately had to redesign job and use a different product that would coordinate with tiles already used. Daltile needs to up their quality control and inspect their product BEFORE being boxed AND come up with a different method of packing the tiles. Each and every corner of the tile was chipped.....many tiles completely broken. I will not add a photo as the result is too disappointing and not proud of it at all.

the product is great but would be better if you carried the bullnose and cove base with the field...the product is great but would be better if you carried the bullnose and cove base with the field tile as well. I can't even get the base from Daltile. I would recommend the base be added to your product line.

Not what I wantedAs I was unable to actually SEE the product, this was a big disappointment - way too heavy, not the surface I was looking for (pictures can not show this well) and was a waste of time and money. Going to a tile store to actually see the product - and it will not be Home Depot.
