We love this flooring! My husband installed the flooring, and the joints sealed perfectly together. He needed to knock the boards tight together after clicking it in, using a mallet that you can buy separately. Inspect each piece before you lay them down, to make sure the tongue and groove are not damaged. Some pieces had minor imperfections or bumps that he needed to cut out a bit with a utility knife so they would connect without having to beat them in too hard. The color is lovely, and has a peaceful almost beachy look to it. The dogs and cats run all over it and no scratches. They drip water on it and it beads up, and we wipe it off. We put felt pads on all the chair and table legs, and we also bought natural rubber backed rug pads on Amazon to put under rugs. We read that rubber or latex backed rugs (that are not natural rubber) can react chemically and leave a stain on laminate floors. Also got rollerblade wheels for our office chair. We are very happy with this floor!!

The room is beautiful, and looks very classy now that the rug and furniture are in place. It was easy to install, and clicks together with a tight seam. The only disappointment was that the multi-purpose reducer trim pieces are not long enough for large areas in a room. For example, we have a wide fireplace with a floor hearth that is in the middle of a wall so the flooring butts up to the front and sides of it. I need an overlapping trim piece that is close to nine feet long, but the trim piece is only 74", requiring a pieced section to complete. It did not look right, and we chose not to go with it. We are forced to have that area custom cut and painted/stained to complete the project.

We ordered 1600 sq feet and the matching transitions(very easy to use as well) to break up the rooms. As this is my first time installing laminate and I have currently installed 2 rooms+ hall worth of this product, it is going together very well. You need a good tapping block, pull bar and hammer. It takes some getting use too, but was easy enough after about half a room. Really nothing more then locking short end and working long seam in with tapping block, its really tight(I assume how it gets the spill protect), but you know it when its locked. Fun fact: Using a manual saw to undercut the door jambs, the saw left absolutely no scratches, scuffs or marks on my scrap piece. Great Product!
