We have had this rug 2 months now. We love this rug! It is of outstanding quality, luxurious to our feet and beautiful. Minimal shedding, like anything, you have to vacuum once in a while. It goes beyond our expectations. Easy pick up at the store and I checked it out for color and thickness, we drove it home, carried it in and rolled it out. It's a definite keeper!

I bought this after purchasing the matching 7x9 Grandeur Red rug for our living room. The colors...I bought this after purchasing the matching 7x9 Grandeur Red rug for our living room. The colors in these rugs are rich and warm; it has basically become the centerpiece to our living room, and the smaller rug at the front door entrance is a great compliment to the larger rug. People have complained about shedding; the shedding is not noticeable to us though it does fill the vacuum quickly. We have two cats and a dog (who each seem to think this rug was purchased for them), and am thrilled that their fur is barely noticeable on this rug between weekly vacuuming. The larger one laid flat immediately (well packaged), and though the smaller one had some "bumps" in it, after a week or two it was completely flat. Obviously well made, and I expect it to hold up well with proper care. Actually exceeded my expectations.

Good ValueOrdered the Grandeur Blue Multi 9 X 12 area rug to go under my 82 inch dining room table. I wanted to add color to the room, and the rug did just that. The rug was delivered to my home in 17 days. Although packaged in a thick plastic wrap, it arrived damaged. I appreciate the assistance Customer Support provided. The rug is thick, soft, and comfortable to walk on. It flattened out nicely. I am not using a rug pad. The darkest blue that you see in the picture is a Federal Blue and the edge of the rug is Federal Blue as well. After only one week, It is too soon to comment on shedding, durability. ease of cleaning, and long term quality. Good value. Excellent return policy.

the price is rightthis rug is absolutely beautiful for the price. feels wonderful on the feet and the colors, while coming off as bright and busy, are surprisingly subtle and pleasing to the eye. very warm and homey feel. i purchased this for my 30 year old son and his family. his children are 2 and 6 months so i didn't want to spend too much money and i was very pleased when i saw what got for my dollars. this rug was placed in the center of an open floor plan that includes the living area, dining area, and kitchen area and it brought everything together perfectly. we will be buying the smaller rectangle to place at the front door just to put the final touch on our decorating.

Beautiful rug, but it sheds a lot!This is a really beautiful rig and I had not been able to find anything quite as lovely in any stores that I visited. The hunt for the perfect rug was long. The black border all the way around the rug is more pronounced than on the online photo, but it actually pulls out all of the other colors and makes the rug even more vibrant. I purchased the red, and it has red, cream, tan, rust and sage green along with the black accents. The only issue...this rugs sheds like crazy. I hope that the shedding will improve soon. I've only had it a short time but have noticed that I need to vacuum like every 3-4 days (at a minimum).

Not as picturedI bought three 2x3 rugs. I had to return because the design is not scaled down to size for the smaller rugs. What you see is obviously a large area rug. The 2 x 3 was cut from the larger size and did not include all the colors/diamond patterns. Mine only had one of the lighter diamonds (which was off centered) surrounded by partial portions of the pattern and did not include any of the red or green as imaged. At first site I thought they delivered the wrong rugs. It wasn't until I pulled up the image online that I figured out what they did.
