Add a splash of contemporary styling to your decor with the MSI Carrara White Basketweave Mosaic Tile. This attractive wall and floor tile features an intricate basketweave arrangement of tile pieces on a 12 in. x 12 in. mesh sheet that makes installation a breeze. With elegant white shades of natural marble in a smooth, honed finish, this tile creates a distinct pattern for kitchens, bathrooms and other residential or commercial spaces. Please inspect all tiles before installation, as natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc., so it is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer.

The sheets of tile are nowhere close to blend. Some are somewhat darker and others more so. This inconsistency looks absolutely terrible when installed. Its doesn't look to be too bad until installed. At the price of this product I can't imagine ANYONE being satisfied.

We bought three boxes. About a quarter of sheets were beautiful and mostly white, about a quarter were flawed and looked un-usable and the remaining half were beautiful but mostly gray and looked bad with the other tile.
Also, I ended up buying a different version of herringbone marble and ended up finding out that this type of mesh mounted herringbone results in about 30% waste and is very difficult to install.
The sample I bought was beautiful but in the end I wish I'd just had individual small tiles installed in a herringbone pattern. This was far more trouble than it was worth.

Used in my master bath shower and looks fabulous. It's...Used in my master bath shower and looks fabulous. It's very subtle as herringbone patterns go; I don't like them when they scream out at you. I used it on the floor and in the back of the niche. I have not used the shower yet (waiting on glass shower door) so can't comment on the "feel" yet.

It looks great; went up well. Just be careful...It looks great; went up well. Just be careful to compare boxes before installation...some boxes/lots are significantly darker/lighter than others. You may need to mix/match to ensure a uniform appearance. Also, some of the boxes/lots seemed to use a different mesh backing.

BeautifulI had this installed in a small hall bathroom in a 100 year old farmhouse. The colors are beautiful and it has held up nicely for 7 months now. The tiles are strong and none have chipped at all. We grouted it with Fusion Pro grout in DeLorean Gray. We did not seal the tiles before grouting and it worked fine. I think I should still seal the tiles and grout now that it is done just as extra protection. Very happy with the quality and the look of this product. I also believe my installer used a glass cutting blade or something more stronger than a standard blade to cut the tile

color is not well represented on websiteI never would have selected this based on the online photo. it is a higher gloss white with grey and beige accents. the online photo looks very tan beige brown but it's very much the opposite. they are very beautiful look high quality and I do recommend checking them out in the store before buying so you know the exact color. I'm adding a photo below that I took today in the store that I will be using for my backsplash in my kitchen.

Be SURE to straight cut the edges instead of trying to piece the triangles left on the edge to fi...Be SURE to straight cut the edges instead of trying to piece the triangles left on the edge to fit in the pattern. HUGE mistake we made was not using a straight cut edge and trying to piece in the edges. The tile is too small and delicate to individually cut triangle shapes to do the edge. It looks great in our shower. We used pencil trim on the edge.
