Excellent, high quality tile. Minimal crown allows the use of any pattern in laying out the tile. Highly polished with very even polish layer (some vendors, you'll notice a mottled appearance when laying tile on edge).
Delivery to store is HORRIBLE. Damaged tile is guaranteed. Multiple trips to store to receive replacement cases where I open the boxes in store so I can inspect and reject them due to damage and have them order more replacement cases. The boxes have to be abused to cause damage to contents because each case comes encased in heavy foam. Customer service will tell you that large format tile is prone to breakage but somehow, delivery to home successfully handled 4 cases with no damage. A tile store that handled a similar quantity of cases had zero damaged tiles. I've had other items delivered to the store and every package has shown some trauma - torn and/or indented cardboard. Items shipped to home usually arrive with minimal wear and tear.
I will say that customer service both in-store and via phone for homedepot.com has been good. But if I didn't start this tile order 3 months before I needed the tile, the contractor wouldn't have stayed on the job. I would have run out of tile and he would have started the next client.

This review is for 1 box that I ordered to see if I would like it. I do like it very much and will have it installed in my kitchen.
If you are looking for the "typical" marble effect, this isn't it. The box I received is mostly white with a hint of a line or two of a blackish-type color, which is very understated. To me, it's a bright white with a high gloss look and I adore the richness of this tile. Order a box and try it, I believe you will really like it.
Oh, a word of advice. If you do order a sample box and like it. Don't delay in ordering the same batch/lot # to avoid the chance of that batch being changed to a color you may not like. "A run-on, I know" : ) That happened to me with a previous tile and it took forevvvver to find another tile.

I used graphite for the floor and it pulls the veins out nicely. The bullnose was SUPER expensive, but the overall look was fabulous. Any issues with the grout lines is due to the poorly built wall, not the tile itself. A word of caution - the super white grout I used was really hard to clean off after. My tile guy said that he hates working with white for that reason.

I installed the tile on my kitchen floor. It...I installed the tile on my kitchen floor. It is beautiful.
My only problem is that the tiles are not uniform size. There is very slight variance in length and width which is evident when you try to install a uniform row. The result is that through no fault of my own the grout lines are not uniform, with some grout lines being wider than others.
I like the way the tiles look and I like how smooth and shiny the tiles are.

Gorgeous & Contemporary... but..Buy the tile but don’t hire Home Depot to install. They absolutely have no clue what they’re doing. They hire horrible contractors and they cant figure out how to solve their mess once done. Buy the tile but stay away from deals with the store.

We initially loved the tile until we started to lay...We initially loved the tile until we started to lay it and discovered it was not level (bowed) and also color variations. Our tile guy worked endlessly to level it and finally gave up, so we returned it to Home Depot for a full refund. Thank you Home Depot for making the return process a breeze.
