To me the color is way off. It doesn't have the golden tones that the image shows. I had to order...
To me the color is way off. It doesn't have the golden tones that the image shows. I had to order a whole box, just to get a sample, due to my time constraints. It is just a brown, not suitable for my purposes at all. It looks like many people are quite happy with it. I needed a lighter color and this is almost dark brown. Home Depot has to be forgiven, though, as most images on the computer for flooring are off. You really need to see tiles in person and take them home to your lighting situation to get a true representation.

High Quality, Wood Look TileMy tilers said this was the best Home Depot tile they installed. They were leery when I ordered the tiles. Especially, because they were 3' planks. But, they surprised with the quality of the tiles. And that the tiles had minimal bowing. So, they could lay the planks in a random pattern. The Arbor Cognac is the same as MS Palmetto Cognac. It's lighter in color which we wanted. The wood print on the tile is realistic and very durable. No cracked tiles in 100 boxes (except for one box that was damaged in shipping.) We used Tobacco Brown grout which match the tiles perfectly. Don't use a lighter color grout. Also, a nice texture, not slippery at all.

The product is wonderful. Even our contractor thought it is excellent. It has the benefit of look...The product is wonderful. Even our contractor thought it is excellent. It has the benefit of looking like wood but is not as sensitive to moisture. We installed it in our master bath. It was installed in a staggered pattern that helps to make it look like a wood floor would look. My only GRIPE (and it is a serious one) is that 3 out of the 12 boxes we ordered to the home arrived smashed. The subcontracted delivery truck driver (who by chance happened to be a trusted neighbor) told us it arrived to him in that condition due to fork lift mishandling. We refused those 3 damaged boxes and had to reorder them as "store pick up" which set back our installation time. Therefore, I recommend store pick up rather than home delivery and definitely inspect the product before accepting it otherwise you own any problems.

This is Some Fantastic Tile!We installed MS Chestnut tile over the course of two days in our living room. It's rectified, thick tile and the contractors had zero bad comments to say about working with it. We used a 1/8th grout line and layed the tiles randomly.
We've installed wood tile before but the flooring always looks like tile in the end. Not this time! This looks exactly like real wood.
We'll definitely be using this product again.

This if for the arbor cognac color. It looks and installs fair, but I would say that the informat...This if for the arbor cognac color. It looks and installs fair, but I would say that the information available on here is misleading in the following areas:
Color: I've looked at this tile on the screen on several computers, and it always appear quite a bit more warm on the screen that it does in real life. It is actually more of a gray brown, as if it is weathered. There are actually a couple of patterns that mimic wood that is water stained.
Rectified?: There were conflicting answers in the Q/A about this. If it is rectified, they've done a poor job of it. Every tile I received in several boxes was a parallelogram, with the short edges out of square with the long edges by about a degree.
Pattern variation: One of the answers in the Q/A says that it has a repeating pattern every 30 tiles, but my experience was that it repeats MUCH more frequently than that. Out of 4 boxes of tile, I have only 5-6 different tile prints to work with. The trouble with this is that the prints include some with a very prominent feature, like a knot, or a faux water stain, that stands out to the eye even if you rotate or flip it relative to the other tiles with the same print in your layout.
General appearance: There are more tiles with some prominent feature in the print, like a faux knot, water stain, etc than there are tiles with a simple clear grain appearance, so this ends up looking more rustic when installed than the pictures I've found online suggest.

Beauty, quality & outstanding value.We laid a few of these tiles out for a few days to get a sense of what they would look like. Everyone that saw them assumed that they were actual hardwood. They are absolutely beautiful, easy to maintain, and tough.
