With little information, I ordered one of these to replace some outdoor cushions. I cut it and installed and found that the density of the product was no better than what I was replacing. It is also NOT recommended for outdoor use as it captures water. Worse is the vendor themselves, Future Foam. I've sent two email queries to them and have received nothing back. Their customer service, from this experience, is nil. I try to support US products but I doubt if I'd ever buy anything from Future Foam again.
There are three pieces of information lacking here. The density of the product, which I'm guessing to be 1.2#. The ILD which is the indentation load deflection or how firm the product actually is, and the usage for indoor or outdoor. In all respects Future Foam neglects to specify what this even is for this particular product.
I am disappointed in the product but even more disappointed by the customer service Future Foam fails to deliver.
