Great idea, Could be longer
I used this product with the 18” X 24” Bermuda Bronze Thermo Plastic Tile for a backsplash in the kitchen. The trim was cost effective and easy enough to cut with sharp, regular scissors. I kept wishing that the product came in longer lengths for a couple of long, straight sections, but I made due. It was only at the time of installation that I saw online that there are longer sections available via special order ((online only)( Internet # 203232479) and that it comes in 4 foot sections for about twice the cost as an 18” section. I wish I knew this before buying what I bought, but the finished product still looks just fine and I am happy with it and this product.

I just love this backsplash. It looks just like antique tin. Easy to clean and hides splatters very well. I installed this with my hubby. We are not handy with home improvements but this came out perfect. I suggest adding construction adhesive because the self-stick backing will eventually come un-glued as it did with mine from time to time. But we just add a dab as needed. We've had this backsplash for over 8 years and it looks like its brand new. I'm adding a photo.

pieces are too short to be useful
Fasade makes eight-foot lengths but they are not available through HD. The 18-inch pieces are not cut so precisely that the many seam created would be acceptable.

Durable Trim
I purchased several sizes to decorate a metal trim over an old mirror and stained glass window between my kitchen and dining area. The J-trim in muted gold is a wonderful color that coordinates with any décor. It is a very strong trim with lips so you can slip in tiles to give a finished edge. The trim is flexible & can be cut. It is made to frame a backlash or wall mounted tile.

Good product. Finishes off the aluminum backsplash well.
Don't do the backsplash without using the trim. It will look unfinished. These slide on easily and there is enough play to cover up any minor mistakes you may have made with the tiles.
